Non-profit organisation Food from The Heart (FFTH) held their inaugural charity golf event on 22 September, Friday at Singapore Island Country Club. The tournament was graced by Guest-of-honour Mr Seah Kian Peng, CEO of NTUC FairPrice Co-operative where FairPrice Foundation was the presenting sponsor for the event. Guests savoured wines and champagnes by Corney & Barrow and Dalmore whisky, whilst being entertained by Alemay Fernandez, jazz vocalist and hosted by emcees from OneFM 91.3DJs- Glenn Ong & Andre Hoeden.

FFTH was conceived in 2003 with a heartfelt mission to reach out to the less privileged and brighten their lives and bring them joy through a variety of programs  created with them in mind. Since its inception, FFTH has worked closely with 150 welfare homes and institutions with the support of volunteers, donors, hotels, bakeries and food industry partners, making a difference to the lives of more than 33,000 needy individuals.
