Portico teamed up with 6 local farms (Jurong Frog Farm, Kin Yan Mushroom Farm, Plantzvisionz, Pollenation, Uncle William’s Farm) in a bid to utilize the freshest ingredients and shwocase what our island was capable of producing.
The night started with whiskies from Suntory Whisky, and the dinner was paired with wines from Crystal Wines. Each dish was a piece of art, with a memorable taste to boot.
