01: Renku Bar & Lounge
A new face among the bustling line-up of culinary offerings at Marina Bay Sands, Renku enchants with a bespoke high tea experience that invites diners to craft their own artisanal tea blends using fresh botanicals from the resort’s herb garden. The aromatic brews are then paired with a three-course menu that runs from gourmet sandwiches, like prawn avocado with tobiko aioli, to freshly baked scones, and ends with sweets, such as the yuzu cream cheese millefeuille. Renku also runs an all-day bar programme with tea-infused cocktails and craft beers. There are two seatings for the high tea: 1st seating: 2pm – 3.30pm and 2nd seating: 4pm – 5.30pm.
