Salted & Hung will kick-off the long weekend with a Good Friday brunch which offers a range of small and large plates, cocktails, beer, sparkling and house pour wines.

On Easter Saturday and Sunday, the restaurant will roll out a special Easter-themed bottomless brunch. The menu will feature one-off dishes just for this celebration, such as boldly flavoured Mac ‘N’ Cheese using three types of cheeses – raclette, cheddar and beautfort, lamb neck with roasted roots, and wagyu tri tip and roasted pork belly with pickled cabbage. For sweets, munch on hot cross buns and the decadent “Chocolate Easter Mess”.

Kids can enjoy fun-filled activities such as Easter egg painting and a cupcake décor station for kids (those under the age of 10 get to dine for free).

07: Publico

For something a little different, soak in the lively riverside vibe at Publico, Intercontinental Robertson Quay this coming Easter.

Publico Ristorante’s La Primavera Easter Sunday (1 April, 11am to 4pm) will be complete with  hot cross buns fresh from the pizza oven, warm baked eggs, chocolate eggs, and refreshing, ice cold spritz cocktails. The regular brunch menu will be available too. 

In the evenings, Publico will be offering special Italian dishes such as costoletta di agnello impanato (lamb chop breaded and pan-fried, roasted potatoes, rocket salad leaf, herbs butter, and cherry sauce) and Pizza & Pasqua (white pizza, cream, herbs, broccolini, poached eggs, coppa, ice plant and truffle oil). Besides these Easter creations, special cocktails will be offered from Friday 30 March to Sunday 1 April.
