Two new takes on white lotus paste for die-hard fans of traditional mooncakes

Those with a taste for traditional flavours will enjoy the set available from Aug 1 to Sep 15, 2016.

Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre added a twist to the common white lotus paste mooncake by introducing two new tea-infused flavours – oolong osmanthus and green tea – for the coming Mid-Autumn festival in September. Traditional white lotus paste offerings are also available, with a variation of none, one, two or four yolks centres in each mooncake. For those who plan to gift the set, premium packaging (a bamboo box in maroon finish) holds four cakes, which can be seen through an embellished motif cut out and comes with two Dilmah teas to match – Tie Guan Yin fragrant oolong and sencha green extra special.
