[PHOTOS] Una’s New Executive Chef Antonio Oviedo Excites With Revamped Menu

Oviedo’s previous experiences include working under Michelin-starred chefs Santi Santamaria and the Roca Brothers, as well as in Singapore restaurants Iggy’s and Binomio.

Spanish tapas and parrilla restaurant Una presented its refreshed menu under new executive chef Antonio Oviedo in July this year. Oviedo had previously worked under three-Michelin-star chefs, such as the late Santi Santamaria and the Roca brothers of El Cellar de Can Roca (recently ranked second in World’s 50 Best Restaurants).
