SRT’s anniversary night is always one to watch – each year it delivers standout themes and lets more-than-game members of high society strut their stuff in costumed style. The 25th seemed like a good time to celebrate “revolution”, and attendees obliged with interpretations from the Cuban, Cultural and French revolutions. Even the #MeToo movement was spotted in the mix.
Many a good memory and mirthful moment were forged that night, amidst sweeping views of the city skyline from Marina Bay Sands, plates piled on by the award-winning Osteria Mozza, and an expansive space entrusted to the good hands of Olga Iserlis. All in the name of charity – the fundraising at the Theatre Ball is instrumental to the non-profit SRT, its productions. and its far-reaching programmes. Check out which of Singapore’s high-flyers and theatre-lovers graced the event above.
