APS Lifestyle and DREAM joined forces to concoct a unique upscale market concept spanning two locations – The Market Hop, which was held on 4 to 5 June 2016. More than 50 of Singapore’s Best F&B and Retail Creators, co-curated by Gourmet & Travel, offered attendees one-of-a-kind experience full of flavour and colour.

To make the experience more novel, a number of F&B merchants prepared one-off dishes specially created for The Market Hop. We had roasted duck sabayon in eggshell by Atipico Home Chef, burgers by Jimmy Chok, handmade pulled pork puri by Uncle G’s, cocktails by Nuevo Vino and Ais cocktails by Mamak Nancy’s.
