View: Monti is located right smack where all the countdown action is. And its iconic spherical structure on the waters offers unbeatable views of the entire Marina Bay. The rooftop is one of the best spots to view the fireworks.
Menu highlights: New Year’s Eve first seating (6-7pm): $180 per person (includes a glass of Veuve Clicquot), and second seating (9-10pm): $350 per person or $408 per person by the window seats (includes a glass of Dom Perignon).

Odette

View: The Padang and beyond (including Marina Bay Sands)
Menu highlights: On December 31, Odette will serve a 10-course dinner menu at $498 . The night will culminate in a countdown on the Supreme Court balcony where guests can enjoy a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc and enjoy the fireworks at midnight.

Where: Clarke Quay
View: Though VLV doesn’t actually have a view of the fireworks, the setting by the Singapore River is perfect for all night partying.
Menu highlights: Feast on modern Chinese dishes crafted by executive head chef Martin Foo, then head down to the lounge to party the night away on New Year’s Eve.  Entry charge to the lounge is waived for all diners. A minimum spend of $100 per diner applies for dinner on 31 December. Note: The chef can also create bespoke menus upon guest requests.

View: Rocks is another option with stunning views of the Marina Bay countdown fireworks display. If you want to be slightly away from the frenetic crowd at Marina Bay area, this is the place to head to.
Menu highlights: The five-course meal at $88, features items like French oysters, Wagyu beef sirloin, truffle mashed potato, red wine sauce, and chocolate soft center cake, chestnut ice cream.

View: If you want unobstructed front row seats with views of the Marina Bay’s fireworks display, Saint Pierre is the perfect spot for you.
Menu highlights: Saint Pierre’s eight-course New Year’s Eve dinner showcases caviar in every course, from pre-dinner snacks, to amuse bouche, seafood, vegetables, turbot, beef, and even desserts. The dinner which starts at 7pm is priced at $588 and comes with a pairing of wines and champagnes.
