Escape from city chaos to the serenity of Sofitel Singapore Sentosa and their take on an Amalfi coast dining experience. 05: Les Amis

Les Amis delivers one of the best fine-dining experiences in town, complete with lush velvet walls and chandeliers. Indulge in caviar, langoustine and omi beef from the Valentine’s Day special menu (only available for dinner on the 14th). For maximum privacy, opt for one of the private dining rooms on the mezzanine level. And if you like to be in the middle of the action, the chef’s table offers a full view of the kitchen through a glass window.

06: Luke’s Orchard

Luke’s dimly lit interiors are ideal for an intimate rendezvous. The menu offers chop house and oyster bar selections, personally endorsed by chef-owner Travis Masiero. Get in the mood with your pick of the day’s oyster selection from the charming oyster board reminiscent of retro cinema signs. Request for a window table for a view of the bustling streets below. 07: Botanico at The Garage

Nature lovers can check out this charming hideout in the middle of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Botanico’s Valentine’s Day set menu is available from Feb 10 – 12 and also on 14, with courses such as Tsarsaskaya oyster, lamb sweet breads and US prime rib eye. After dinner, head outdoors to the bar and terrace to enjoy the leafy surroundings.
