A Spicy Christmas at Blue Jasmine, Park Hotel Farrer Park
The culinary team of the 100-seater halal Thai restaurant Blue Jasmine is serving a festive buffet dinner packed with flavour. Start off with a wide selection of fresh prawns, squids and black mussels, paired with Blue Jasmine’s spicy and tangy green seafood sauce. Move on to Assorted Fruits Som Tam (a Thai salad featuring a mixture of fresh fruits such as grapes, guava and pomelo), Sugarcane Prawn, fragrant Deep-Fried Pandan Chicken, and Southern-Thai red chicken curry. Do look out for the live station with piping hot Roast Turkey and Roast Beef marinated Esarn-style, and served with smoked chilli sauce and black pepper sauce rather than a brown sauce or gravy. For sweets, the Thai Chendol topped with jackfruit, fresh berries, and house-made red rubies is a must-try. Otherwise, the classic Christmas Log Cake will also be served at the dessert station.
