The award-winning New York bar’s second outpost has inherited the same service-focused experience, top notch cocktails (courtesy of veteran Steve Schneider’s menu and staff training) and easy atmosphere. It’s not every bar that can get away with hiring a fortune teller and avoid the label of gimmicky. If the drinks and people don’t have you coming back for more the bone marrow poppers and mac and cheese balls will. Try the barrel-aged mescal negroni and old fashioneds.
There is no shame in admitting that we just can’t party the way we did in our twenties. A horde of barely legals and overworked bartenders notwithstanding, many clubs just don’t play the music you broke in your dancing shoes to. But Lulu’s Lounge will help recapture that magic with an eclectic mix of boogie, funk, soul and old-school hip hop — and with better drinks to boot. Because a jack and coke is just not worth the nostalgia.
Open until 4am on Wednesdays, and 6am on Fridays and Saturdays
Sometimes the only thing that can take the edge of a rough day is just a good old fashioned pint of beer. But don’t settle for the standard house draughts. Your central air-conditioning-parched palate deserves brews crafted with care. LeVeL33 has signature beers along with a beer-focused food menu (that means plenty of food with beer in it) just for pairing. And its modern, coppery decor and breezy views don’t hurt, either.
Open until 12am Sunday to Thursday, 2am Friday and Saturday.

Craft cocktails, a spacious lounge, and great bites await at the newly-relocated Jigger & Pony. Drinks here are deceptively stiff, so you'll want to get some of that delicious Korean beef tartare to go with one of their Asian-inspired classic cocktails. We're particularly fond of the Madame President, a spin on the negroni with Monkey 47 Gin, kaffir dry vermouth, orchid and bittermelon liqueur, and Campari lollipop.
Open till 1am daily, open till 3am on Friday and Saturday
Headed by seasoned bartender Adam Bursik (ex-Nutmeg & Clove and the now-defunct The Library), Origin Bar offers an inventive, locally-inspired cocktail menu heavy on tropical fruits and spices. Art deco furnishing and chill vibes set the mood for well-crafted tipples like their namesake cocktail, a combination of spices, pineapple, lime wine, and gin.
As if the grand Art Deco interior of ATLAS bar wasn't enough, the place also stocks a almost ridiculous number of gins from all over the world (over 1000 and counting); and has a dedicated, detailed section of the menu for Champagne. You can even literally taste the past here, with a vintage martini made with gin that goes as far back as the 1910s.
Open until 1am Monday to Thursday, and 2am Friday and Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

Hidden in the lobby of Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel, this Prohibition-inspired bar specialises spirits that are finished with spices, or in the small wooden barrels that line the shelves of the space. It's also one of the few non-club drinking establishments that's opened till the wee hours, so you'll find plenty of post-shift bartenders here.
Open daily until 3am, open till 4am on Friday and Saturday.

There's really not much more you can ask for at Manhattan. It's third on the list of the World's 50 Best Bars, and it's open till late. Get their namesake drink, slide up onto plush quilted leather, and watch as the bartenders work their magic. Their very extensive current menu is inspired by the different eras in New York, running from the 16th century all the way to the 1970's.
