What to expect from these mouth-watering collaborations.

01: Restaurant Andre 

Restaurant Andre was ranked 14 on this year’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants – and Chef Andre Chiang now welcomes Chef Dan Hunter of Australia’s Brae (which also made the list at 44) at the Singaporean shophouse this June. The experience will set you back $320++ for lunch and $480++ for dinner, but it’s not every day you get to sample a four-hands meal by two of the world’s top chefs.

02: Me@OUE

Sashimi

Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai and chef Chen Kentaro of two-Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten will join hands with Me@OUE’s executive chef Sam Chin to present a night of Japanese, French and Chinese cuisines. Look forward to live stations manned by Chef Sakai and Chef Kentaro at Me@OUE Fiesta Japen edition. Priced at $128++, expect fresh Saint Vaast oysters, sashimi and sushi.

03: Plentyfull

Plentyfull

Dehesa’s chef-owner Jean-Philippe Patruno will join Plentyfull’s head chef Victor Loy at the Millenia Walk restaurant for two nights in May. The $95++ set dinner will please pork lovers, with an appetizer of smoked Iberico cheeks and crispy pigs head main course. There is also wine pairing available at an additional $35++.

04: Tippling Club

Tippling Club Once Upon A Time in Singapore
