Beyond the adrenaline and the show-stopping live entertainment, the Singapore Grand Prix hides another bonus: food from some of the best chefs in the world. We’ve rounded up some of the most exciting options:
For the complete experience, there’s lifestyle destination twenty3 — a new lifestyle destination that’s bringing in Michelin-starred chefs in addition to local favourites like mee siam and satay; as well as a host of drinks options including a rum and whisky speakeasy helmed by the guys behind La Maison du Whisky. There’ll also be parties that feature everything from DJs to fire dancers. Here are the gastronomic highlights to expect:
Modern Portuguese cuisine with Largo do Paco
Chef Tiago Bonito of Portugal’s one Michelin-starred Largo do Paço makes hi debut in Singapore wiht dishes like “Veal of Milk” with smoked celery, asparagus, and Madeira; and seabass and crustacean xerem (a Portuguese dish similar to grits, made with corn flour) with seaweed and Champagne.
Contemporary Italian cuisine from San Domenico
Chef Massimiliano Mascia of the two Michelin-starred San Domenico will be serving signature dishes from the restaurant, including creations like marinated amberjack with fresh vegetables; as well as crispy prawns with spinach, sesame, and balsamic mousseline.
Kyo-ryori from Takagi

There’ll also be an izakaya where diners can find yakitori, sake, whisky, beers, and speciality cocktails.
Over at the Paddock Club, one finds a host of celebrity chef restaurants in addition to a popup featuring Stockton Bar by Maximal Concepts (#8 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars) and the Champagne-centric Flutes bar.
Hind’s Head by Heston Blumenthal
The chef superstar will be making his debut in Singapore with dishes from his one Michelin-starred gastropub, The Hind’s Head — where they’ll be serving refined versions of classic British fare. Expect dishes likes salmon smoked with lapsang souchong tea and served with sour cream butter, caviar and soda bread; as well as roasted scallops with scallop tartare, white chocolate foam and caviar. Keep a lookout for the updated menu, where Blumenthal might be adding some race-day specials.
