The French patisserie owned by chef Pang Kok Keong updates signature flavours and introduces new cakes in its 2016 collection.

French patisserie Antoinette has launched its cake collection for 2016 in July this year. Upgraded flavours from previous collections include Charlotte III, the third incarnation of chef-owner Pang Kok Keong’s light fruity cake with white chocolate vanilla cream, while new treats like the raspberry and rose pink Supalova make their first appearances.

  • TERRARIUM Resembles a globe terrarium; dark chocolate mousse with passion fruit parfait, caramelised banana flambé with dark rum, light cocoa sponge with dark rum and smoked almond nougatine. Sweeter banana taste balances out slightly bitter dark chocolate. Terrarium was previously in the Christmas collection.
