There are few gourmet delights quite like the sweet, tender flesh of a freshly-caught fish. Most of what’s available to the local cook, however, is frozen – unless you know where to look.

Enter Singapore-based fish farm, Ah Hua Kelong. Apart from online ordering and home delivery services, it even does pre-cooking prep for customers (butterflied with a ‘secret Cantonese sauce’.)  The management also runs two seafood dining outlets, which have garnered somewhat of a cult following.
