Spanish tapas and parrilla restaurant Una presented its refreshed menu under new executive chef Antonio Oviedo in July this year. Oviedo had previously worked under three-Michelin-star chefs, such as the late Santi Santamaria and the Roca brothers of El Cellar de Can Roca (recently ranked second in World’s 50 Best Restaurants).
