[VIDEO] Extreme Sports – What it’s like to dive under Arctic ice

Johanna Nordblad dives into -24°C water with no breathing gear and only one way in- or out - of the Arctic chill.

Johanna Nordblad, a Finnish freediver, bounced back from a biking incident that almost claimed her leg in the most extreme way. The cold-water treatment during her recovery got her fascinated with chilling temperatures. She now holds the world record for a 50m dive under ice.

The video, directed by Ian Derry, will leave you breathless.
